Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our appointment setting team within a call center environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, coaching team members, maintaining high conversion standards, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the quality of our brand.
The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a skilled sales professional--someone who can motivate a team, hold high standards, and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the appointment setting team
Monitor call activity, performance metrics, and conversion rates
Coach, train, and develop team members to improve sales performance and call quality
Provide real-time feedback and conduct regular performance reviews
Ensure team consistently meets or exceeds booking and KPI targets
Handle escalated calls and assist with objection handling when needed
Maintain accountability, attendance, and adherence to schedules
Collaborate with leadership on strategy, reporting, and process improvements
Uphold a professional, client-focused environment aligned with a luxury brand
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a call center environment
Strong background in appointment setting and/or inside sales
Demonstrated ability to coach teams to meet and exceed performance goals
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective strategies
Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
