Responsibilities
Build and maintain long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships through consultative sales methods.
Drive advertising revenue by becoming a trusted advisor on all matters related to clients’ strategic marketing plans.
Leverage CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients and close new business.
Collaborate with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory.
Provide outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Conduct regular in‑person meetings, which will require travel by car and may require travel outside the driving radius of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a sales‑related B2B role.
2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience.
Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Success in building long‑term relationships and business partnerships while engaging clients at a senior/C‑Suite level.
Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations at a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter capable of working within a team environment and independently.

Compensation & Status This position offers a base salary range of $70,000–$80,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
