Position Overview: As a Sales Executive you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop digital marketing strategies, build client relationships, and drive advertising revenue. You will advise on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlight ROI using proprietary analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients through consultative sales methods.
Generate new business by prospecting and using CoStar Group’s property data.
Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.
Provide outstanding customer support, regular communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve goals.
Conduct regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and possible travel outside the office radius.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
Preferred Qualifications
Success building long‑term relationships and business partnerships at senior/C‑Suite level.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
Regular access to a functional vehicle prior to start.
Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter capable of working independently or as part of a team.
