As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will partner with owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online. You will build long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships and advise on product reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Use consultative sales to build client relationships, drive advertising revenue, and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data, close new business, and achieve sales targets. Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising for commercial real estate and regional market trends. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑adding communication, sharing insights, and offering solutions that help clients meet their goals. Travel – Conduct in‑person meetings; will require travel by car within and outside the driving radius of the St. Louis office. Basic Qualifications

4+ years of B2B sales experience. 2+ years of commercial real estate experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications

Experience building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data. Reliable access to a personal vehicle prior to or by start date. Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a high‑growth environment. Benefits
