Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company that represents the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, showcase and differentiate their property portfolios online, and advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment using proprietary analytic tools. The role is on‑site in the CoStar Group office in Kansas City.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

Build client relationships through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.

Business Development:

Use extensive property data to prospect new clients, drive sales, and close new business.

Teamwork:

Partner with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to drive sales revenue.

Industry Acumen:

Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real‑estate, and market trends within your territory.

Customer Focus:

Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Client Outreach:

Conduct regular in‑person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a B2B sales role.

2+ years of commercial real‑estate (CRE) experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.

Current, valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; must pass a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.

Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.

Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.

Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company environment.

Self‑starter capable of working independently and within a team.
