This role combines client intake, sales support, and customer service, ensuring prospective and current clients receive excellent care while our attorneys focus on delivering exceptional legal work. Your responsibilities will focus on reception and scheduling, intake and sales, pipeline management, and supporting internal marketing and growth initiatives. You will also assist clients with billing-related questions and support smooth internal operations.
