Customer Experience:
Greet internal and external customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Workflow Coordination:
Monitor center work volume and recommend load-leveling requests to ensure efficiency.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with Rental Car and Towing companies to provide seamless, "one-stop" service.
Insurance Liaison:
Maintain a knowledge base of insurance partner requirements, including authorizations and billing processes.
Administrative Support:
Navigate multiple software systems and manage competing priorities in a production-shop environment.
