JR-116028**Location:**Rosedale Office Building**Department:**Gift Management**Shift:**First Shift (United States of America)**Standard Weekly Hours:**40**Summary:**The Digital Gift Processing Specialist will perform a variety of daily online gift imports and exports into the Cook Children’s donor database (Raisers Edge), ensure timely and accurate creation of donor and gift records, be responsible for fundraising data entry and accounting functions in order to process gifts and pledges for Cook Children’s Health Foundation. Additionally, the Digital Gift Processing Specialist provides team support by assisting with complex problems, serving as a resource to other staff with data related inquiries, and assisting with the training of new staff.This position requires a technical aptitude, thorough knowledge of The Raisers Edge database, Luminate Online and Omatic, as well as frequent use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other software tools, with HTML, CSS and/or VBA skills highly preferred. The ability to multi-task in an occasionally stressful environment, a detail-oriented disposition, and a comfort with consistent work are critical to success in this position.**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma required.* Associate degree or computer technical school experience preferred with emphasis in business.* English, clerical skills and strong emphasis in accounting desirable.* Raisers Edge, Luminate Online and Omatic experience preferred, with HTML, CSS and/or VBA skills highly preferred, as well as frequent use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other software tools.* Experience working in a nonprofit development setting preferred.* Excellent communication skills, capable of working individually or within a team setting required.**Cook Children's Foundation**Cook Children's Health Foundation relies on the generosity of donors to support our Promise so that we can offer the latest technology and research and provide access to health care services to the children and families we serve.Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
