ROSEN is looking for a Senior Sales Manager that will be based in the US Southeast Region. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be a part of the Sales team.

What role you will play in our team: The Senior Sales Manager focuses on driving sales and client relationships in the oil and gas industry by developing strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining and expanding existing accounts. It involves managing proposals, tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and representing ROSEN through client interactions and industry events.

Responsibilities:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with applicable customers of ROSEN

Creating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSEN's Vision and Mission

Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSEN

Recognizing and developing new service, product and solution opportunities

Having a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements

Maintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clients

Organize sales visits, participate in sales events to maintain sales objectives

Recognizing and fulfilling Sales Manager tasks in accordance with ROSEN’s Uniform Process [UP]

Leading the acquisition phase within given limits defined by Business Line Managers

Establish client specific proposals within company sales strategies

Generating and achieving sales (order intake and turnover) goals by increasing client satisfaction and market share

Request and receive project status updates from the Project Management Team throughout the lifecycle of a project

Forecasting and tracking of the assigned clients sales figures

Evaluation of market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability

Receive training and keep up to date with the ROSEN Product & Service Portfolio

Input, and the associated maintenance, of associated data into ROSEN business software systems, e.g. CRM

Report to associated Business Line Manager about status of assigned customers and any effect to relationship and/or sales opportunities

Report to Technical Solutions, Commercial and Legal Leads about needs and requirements of a customer and/or project

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering/sciences or equivalent experience

5-10 years of oil & gas industry experience

Travel +50% plus required

Qualification or Skills

Sales or Project Management experience a plus

Experience generating and conducting presentations in a corporate setting a plus

Excellent communication and writing skills

Demonstrated closer and high level of client service skills

Commercial/financial knowledge and understanding

Analytical problem solving and quick decision skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Highly organized, flexible, and maintains confidentiality

Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

Some legal and technical knowledge and understanding

Self‑motivated and a self‑starter
