This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be a part of the Sales team.

What role you will play in our team

To drive revenue growth across our pipeline (cleaning, inspection, integrity services) services portfolio through both Outside Sales (new customer acquisition) and Account Management (assigned portfolio of existing accounts).

Responsibilities Develop a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and maintain ongoing opportunity forecast

Propose and pitch competitive solutions appropriate to the customer’s challenges

Achieve assigned annual order intake and revenue targets

Write annual sales plans for managed accounts and provide regular progress updates to the business

Follow defined company processes and procedures throughout sales cycle leveraging required business software

Keep informed of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, competitive offerings, and technology developments

Keep informed of relevant internal developments (technology, Products & Services, policies & procedures) by attending relevant training and on-going self-study

What are we looking for? 3 - 5 years of related & relevant Sales experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industry

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience

Ability to travel +50% is required

Qualification or Skills Skilled in negotiation, uses effective listening & questioning

Compliance with current sales process & systems

Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities

Understand how products & services are bundled to produce tailored CVP for customers

Proficient in MS Office products
