Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent for Booking.com to join our enthusiastic team! This exciting position allows you to work in the beautiful setting of Greece, interacting with clients to facilitate their booking needs and ensure a fantastic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations for Booking.com through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Provide in-depth information about available accommodations, pricing, availability, and local experiences to guide clients in making informed decisions
Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all necessary details to provide a smooth booking experience
Proactively address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to bookings with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and booking details within our CRM system
Stay updated on market trends, hotel offers, and local attractions to provide clients with the best options
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field is highly valued
A passion for travel and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Able to effectively manage inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer issues
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software applications
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
Willingness to embrace a remote working lifestyle while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle in Greece
