What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Review and validate litigation and consumer complaint data related to U.S. consumer credit laws

Ensure data accuracy and alignment across internal databases and customer-facing products

Register and track sales leads in the CRM, ensuring proper follow-up and communication

Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for sales leadership

Produce standard and ad hoc data reports to support internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills

Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales leads

Ability to analyze and validate data for accuracy and relevance

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on follow-up tasks

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data operations or sales support role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with consumer complaint data and credit laws

Experience in a software or technology company

Proficiency in data management tools and reporting software

Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and partners

Knowledge of marketing campaign support and lead validation processes
