Develop/implement strategic sales plans for key regions.
Identify new business in datacom/telecom/HPC sectors.
Build long‑term customer/partner relationships.
Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle.
Collaborate with marketing/product teams and provide sales forecasts.
Represent company at industry events and mentor sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/EE/Optics.
At least 8 years of B2B sales in semiconductors/photonics/high‑speed optics.
Proven track record with datacenter/cloud/telco accounts.
Strong technical acumen and negotiation skills.
Results‑driven, willing to travel, and a team player.
