Live-In Superintendent – 60-Unit Cooperative Building

Seeking a
full-time, live-in Superintendent .
This is a
non-union position
and includes a
two-bedroom apartment
as part of the overall compensation package. The Superintendent will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and care of the building and must be available for emergency response.
Schedule & Availability
Full-time position
Two (2) days off per week (non-consecutive)
Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Must be on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergencies
Required to perform a full building walkthrough at the beginning and end of each shift
Housing
A
two-bedroom apartment
is provided on-site as part of the compensation package
Apartment is provided for the duration of employment
Apartment must be vacated upon termination of employment
A probationary period of three (3) months applies, during which performance will be evaluated
