RSU #89 is looking for a dynamic and innovative Technology Director to join their supportive, caring school on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a willingness to seek nontraditional solutions to issues as they arise, an ability to build positive relationships with students, and a willingness to collaborate with parents, education technicians, service providers, and administrators as appropriate.
Responsibilities
Determine the technology needs of students and teachers.
Develop partnerships with vendors to secure classroom technology within the budget.
Oversee other technical administrators and workers during the daily operations of the technology department.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to seek nontraditional solutions to issues as they arise.
Ability to build positive relationships with students.
Willingness to collaborate with parents, education technicians, service providers, and administrators as appropriate.
