Your Role in our Mission
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to help drive engagement, retention, and e-commerce growth through personalized, data-driven lifecycle campaigns. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of our B2C CRM strategy, leveraging marketing automation tools to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while managing the day-to-day CRM operations. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Client Success teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven journeys that maximize customer lifetime value and support our commercial goals.
Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be:
Build, test, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
Manage all campaign operations, including content curation, audience segmentation, workflow setup, QA, and scheduling.
Create and manage content for placements, including drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, and ensuring accurate and timely deployment across channels.
Execute and optimize B2C CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM programs with broader business objectives.
Support the development of automated user journeys that enhance personalization and customer lifetime value.
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2C or e-commerce environment.
Experience curating and managing content, including drafting copy, coordinating creative assets, and tailoring messaging for different audience segments and channels.
Hands-on experience with Braze (preferred) or other CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking.
Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure results, and optimize future campaigns.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer/user engagement initiatives.
