Property Manager needed for 232 apartment high-rise building in downtown Dayton, OH. You will be responsible for managing staff, resident relations, maintaining property integrity, and ensuring a high standard of living for our tenants. Responsibilities
Market rate community, vouchers accepted
Experience with Section 8 and GDPM is strongly preferred.
Seeking outgoing, communicative, down-to-earth candidate who can direct daily operations, partially including: managing staff and unit turns; rent collection; leasing efforts; rule enforcement; and who will also bring fun ideas for sharpening curb appeal and common areas, thereby improving both the customer experience and business operations.
Ensure the property complies with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
Be available for after-hours emergencies and coordinate appropriate responses to urgent situations.
This is a boots-on-the-ground position; dedication and engagement are needed. You will be part of a large supportive management company.

Experience: Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successful tenant relations and property management.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with residents, staff, and property owners.
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in property management, real estate, or related field are a plus.
