Your tasks

Spot opportunities & close deals

- Identify and capture new business opportunities in South Portugal and Southwest Spain while growing the existing customer base

Turn plans into action

– create and execute powerful field sales strategies that deliver real results

Grow partnerships

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner

Stay ahead of the game

– track market trends, competitors, and economic shifts to maximize sales volume, product mix, and profitability

Engage with clients

What You Bring

Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a results-driven mindset.

Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, focused on customer needs.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Excellent planning, relationship-building, and networking abilities.

Market knowledge and experience in the assigned territory.

Proactive in generating new leads and opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, or a related technical field.

5+ years in B2B technical sales, ideally in Material Handling.

Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; able to travel across South Portugal and Southwest Spain.
