Tasks Your tasks as an
Account Executive
may include, among others:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the repair portfolio, working closely with Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization
Lead acquisition campaigns, present customer-focused proposals, and negotiate competitive contracts in partnership with Strategic Account Management
Build long-term executive relationships with key customer decision-makers, leveraging insights from Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams
Share best practices, market intelligence, and customer feedback to support collective success and innovation
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to customer executives and internal leadership
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field required
5+ years in sales or account leadership roles with a strong record in new business acquisition and growth. Aviation MRO background strongly
Fluency in English language required
German, Spanish and/or Portuguese language desirable
In-depth understanding of aircraft component repair, overhaul, and commercial models within the Americas market
Expert skills with Microsoft tools; experience with SAP/CRM platforms and relevant operational systems
Willingness to travel frequently (60-80%) to customer locations (domestic and/or international) multiple times per month
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
