Inside Sales Consultant
for a full-time, in-person role in Spokane, WA. College degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) REQUIRED
Position Summary As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will join a high-performing team dedicated to helping individuals and businesses reduce tax-related stress. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to develop their sales and client management skills while delivering customized solutions with empathy and professionalism in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Drive sales performance by learning and applying proven sales strategies to meet goals.
Manage client information accurately and confidentially in compliance with company and industry standards.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, improve processes, and grow professionally.
Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement.
Learn to handle objections professionally while building confidence and resilience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
College degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) REQUIRED
Some sales experience or internships preferred, but motivation, coachability, and drive are key
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (training provided)
Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Commission: $40,000 annually
Earning Potential: $100,000 – $150,000+ annually with commissions
Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off
Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based incentives available
