Find out more about our mission at .***About the Job***The Growth Activation & Transformation Lead is a senior strategic leader responsible for translating enterprise strategy into measurable growth outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of commercial, brand, and finance—owning high-impact strategic initiatives while enabling a strong cross-functional operating rhythm across the organization.The role drives brand and growth transformation initiatives that position the company for sustained, profitable growth, while also leading enterprise‑level strategic projects and supporting M&A due diligence from a business evaluation perspective.***Main Responsibilities:**** Lead and support M&A due diligence from a commercial, brand, and strategic evaluation standpoint* Assess market attractiveness, competitive dynamics, growth potential, and brand fit of acquisition targets* Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Commercials, and other functional leaders to inform investment theses and integration considerations* Synthesize findings into executive-level insights and recommendations* Enable and maintain a strong cross-functional operating cadence across Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Science, Finance, and Operations* Translate strategic priorities into clear goals, initiatives, and success metrics* Drive alignment, accountability, and momentum across leadership teams* Identify friction points and proactively remove barriers to execution* Own and lead high-visibility, enterprise-level strategic initiatives* Structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and guide teams from insight to action* Deliver executive-ready narratives and recommendations* Lead brand reevaluation efforts to ensure alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and growth ambitions* Partner with Marketing and external agencies to define brand positioning, architecture, and long-term brand strategy* Ensure brand strategy is embedded into go-to-market, innovation, and growth initiatives***About You:**** 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, marketing capabilities, or related roles* Experience in CPG/ FMCG Companies either directly within or consulted for is required* Experience leading enterprise‑level strategic initiatives in complex organizations while partnering closely with Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Finance teams to guide investment and growth decisions.* Demonstrated experience partnering with or leading marketing analytics, consumer insights, or MMM efforts* Exposure to M&A due diligence, growth strategy, and brand strategy* MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredAt Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
