
Responsibilities
NPD Project Management and Ownership – Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects on time and in full (OTIF) Champion Innovation Pipeline – Secure stakeholder alignment new product launches across three brands Support Long-Term Innovation Strategy – Contribute to the development and execution of innovation plans that drive sustainable sales and profitability Assist in Shaping Category Strategy – Ensure innovation efforts align with overall business and category goals Translate Insights into Actionable Strategies – Leverage consumer and customer insights to inform innovation direction and execution Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing – Identify trade needs and facilitate speed-to-market for new products, programs, and service Requirements
2-5 years of experience in innovation, preferably in a CPG environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (MBA preferred) Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving Data driven mindset – experience in Nielsen/Circana/Numerator is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities Benefits
