cj Advertising is seeking a remote
B2B Marketing Manager
to translate strategic campaign plans into executed marketing initiatives, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll serve as the operational bridge between campaign strategy and delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead quality throughout our prospect journey.
Key Responsibilities
Translate campaign plans into detailed project workflows in ClickUp, briefing teams on messaging, objectives, and channel-specific execution requirements
Coordinate asset production across digital, video, and creative teams, reviewing and editing materials to ensure messaging consistency and quality control
Build and send email campaigns, manage social media schedules, and coordinate event marketing, including trade shows, webinars, and roundtables
Monitor lead quality metrics and campaign performance, providing ROI reporting and optimization recommendations to leadership
Manage contractor relationships and internal workflows while supporting sales enablement and executive thought leadership initiatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for asset review and final approval
What Success Looks Like First 90 Days
Take ownership of cross-department coordination with ID and Creative Services teams
Launch a downloadable content strategy with templates and workflows for lead magnets
Establish budgets, asset needs and production workflow for paid social ads.
First 6 Months
Complete migration of all marketing operations into ClickUp with optimized project templates
Launch leadership branding initiative, including LinkedIn audience-building and podcast, keynotes, and podcast bookings.
Implement B2B lead nurture sequences and campaign attribution reporting system
Build scalable campaign processes that support marketing initiatives and agency growth
Requirements
4+ years of marketing operations experience, translating strategic plans into tactical execution
Strong project management skills with the ability to brief teams and coordinate multichannel digital campaigns
Experience with B2B lead generation optimization and nurturing over long sales cycles (legal services preferred)
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), social media management, and project coordination workflows
Attention to detail and the ability to provide editorial feedback and proofing for creative assets
