We are a modern marketing collective built for scale, efficiency, and impact. Go Fish Digital makes the complex simple and the simple powerful by uniting strategy, creative, media, and SEO into one seamless engine for growth. REQ connects storytelling, technology, creativity, and digital strategy so ambitious organizations can own what’s next. WDG designs and builds enterprise web experiences that connect with diverse audiences and help organizations adapt to rapid technological change. Together, we operate as one strong, collaborative ecosystem, backed by smart systems, AI-powered capabilities, and a culture of curiosity, where people can grow their careers while shaping how ambitious brands grow in the world.
You’ll serve as both an Organic Social Media Manager and a hands‑on content creator, owning organic social execution across multiple client accounts while leading native content capture for a Phoenix‑based client that requires in‑market, on‑site social content. You’ll create platform‑native short‑form content featuring builders, real estate agents, new homebuyers, and leadership, translating real‑world moments into engaging, culturally relevant social storytelling.
You’ll manage content calendars, write and publish posts, and ensure consistent, on‑brand execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn while maintaining strong alignment with client goals and campaign priorities. You’ll proactively identify trends, formats, and storytelling styles that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences and rapidly translate them into content that feels organic rather than overly produced.
You’ll also monitor performance, surface insights, and optimize content strategy based on engagement trends and audience behavior. As a visible, client‑facing role, you’ll collaborate directly with stakeholders during on‑site content capture while partnering with remote strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution and reporting.
Over time, you may also support local creator sourcing, UGC identification, and lightweight influencer coordination to enhance organic and hybrid social programs.
