About this role

POV Beauty is looking for a Performance Graphic Designer to support performance‑driven creative across our fastest‑growing acquisition channels, while maintaining a strong, cohesive brand foundation. This role is ideal for a designer who’s excited by testing, iteration, and impact and who wants to see their work directly influence growth and conversion.

You’ll work closely with the Art Director, Brand, alongside partners across Growth, Marketing, and E‑commerce to bring POV’s visual identity into high‑performing paid, owned, and retail‑facing environments. This role is more acquisition‑focused, with a strong emphasis on understanding what performs, learning from data, and translating insights into creative that converts.

This role plays a critical part in helping POV scale acquisition and performance creative without sacrificing brand quality. You’ll contribute directly to paid growth, e‑commerce optimization, retail readiness, and community‑facing initiatives while gaining hands‑on exposure to some of the most impactful and measurable areas of the business.

This is a contract to hire position (starting at 30 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Performance & Acquisition Design

Own and execute graphic design for performance marketing channels, with a primary focus on scaling and iterating Meta ad creative

Design and iterate on paid assets informed by performance data, hooks, and learnings

Testing what works and evolving creative accordingly

Contribute to photo shoot shot lists, helping define what assets are needed for paid and acquisition use cases

Support light motion design and video editing for performance creative as needed

E-commerce & Conversion Support

Design and update e-commerce assets, including image crops, PDP updates, and ongoing optimizations

Support performance‑focused landing pages in partnership with Growth and E‑commerce teams

Create PDP imagery for retail partners as POV expands into wholesale and retail environments

Brand, Business & Community Support

Design business decks that clearly communicate creative direction, performance insights, and strategy

Provide organic social design support as needed to ensure brand consistency across channels

Design community‑facing assets for POV’s community platform

Prepare, export, and organize assets to support fast speed to market across teams

Creative Process & Collaboration

Partner closely with the Art Director, Brand to concept, execute, and iterate on performance creative

Bring ideas forward proactively (concepting vs. waiting for direction) and offering creative solutions grounded in performance needs

Maintain clean, intuitive filing systems and rollout documentation to support cross‑functional efficiency

Take feedback well and iterate quickly in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environment

Requirements

3–6 years of graphic design experience (in‑house, agency, or freelance), with a strong performance or acquisition focus

Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition

Comfort designing across both brand and performance contexts

Experience designing for paid social, email, e‑commerce, and landing pages

Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative iterations

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; light motion design and video editing skills are a plus

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with speed and clarity

Curious, collaborative, and excited to learn, test, and improve creative output

Interest in beauty, culture, and community‑driven brands is a plus
