Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale customers, in person and over the phone.
Assist service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering correct automotive parts.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement.
Order parts and supplies for the dealership and service department.
Advise customers on parts, accessories, and equipment specific to their vehicle.
Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
Parts Counter Associate Benefits And Compensation Pay Range: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 a month

Qualifications
Previous CDK experience is preferred but not required.
1+ years of experience working within an automotive Parts Department.
Previous automotive parts experience required (dealership experience strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong inventory and data‑entry accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership parts management systems is a plus.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
