Position Title:
Residential Construction Superintendent
Residential Construction Superintendent Responsibilities
Oversee 1-2+ active jobs, coordinating and supervising subcontractors across various trades
Perform daily logs and manage quality, safety, and site cleanliness
Engage hands‑on during project start and closeout phases
Conduct occasional light carpentry and repairs as needed
Travel to suppliers and maintain clean job sites and vehicles
Residential Construction Superintendent Requirements
Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a driving safety course
Willingness to work hands‑on when needed
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
Commitment to clean and organized job sites; no smoking on site
A carpentry background is strongly preferred
Broad residential construction knowledge across trades is preferred
Prior superintendent/site supervision experience on custom residential projects is preferred
Education is valued but not requiredTool ownership is preferred
