Provide administrative support and perform various clerical duties, including but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, answering phones, processing voter registration applications, and assisting the customer service desk Assists with the preparation of all election materials and poll worker supplies for voting precincts Assists the supervisor with the maintenance of the street file in the voter registration system Assists Supervisor with precinct splits, changes, etc. Responsible for special job assignments given by the Director and or Supervisor. This may include contacting voting locations, machine delivery routes, assisting with poll managers, absentee processes, and assisting with election-related computer applications. Communication Skills

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Must possess the ability to provide quality customer service. Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to handle stressful situations that may arise among staff, customers, or election employees. Computer and Administrative Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Microsoft Office products and other related office equipment. Education

Requires an Associate's degree in Secretarial Science, and/or two to three years’ experience in an administrative office support position, or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Experience

One year of office administrative experience required.
