Overview The Senior D365 Specialist is responsible for working with finance and accounting stakeholders to enable and test new capabilities, provide direct feedback to the team on areas for application improvement, work with developers and testers on enhancements, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. In this role, you will also lead discovery workshops and implementations around new D365 capabilities and related initiatives.
This role will either be based in Nashville, TN (hybrid) or remotely in the United States.
Responsibilities
Provide direct D365 production support
Discover and document user stories and solution designs
Work with teams to analyze and prioritize application requirements and create work breakdown deliverables.
Support and manage medium to large sized projects end to end, ensuring alignment and readiness across all key stakeholder groups
Clearly and regularly communicate status, expectations, and risks
Document information and designs through write‑ups and diagrams
Assist in the preparation and delivery of end‑user documents, training materials, and user demos
Support audit requests
Qualifications
8 years’ experience in D365 implementations, configurations, system design or related business experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
Excellent interviewing, listening, observational, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross‑functional teams across the multinational organization
Previous experience working with finance and accounting strongly preferred
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 strongly preferred
Experience with Blackline strongly preferred
