What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to mapping products and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 25% and be available within the assigned territory for unscheduled needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
