What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train medical personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping solutions
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping products and related procedures
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive within the assigned territory
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
Proven experience with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or in a medical sales role providing technical/clinical support
Familiarity with healthcare technology and its applications in patient care
