What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac ablation solutions and related procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct training sessions for EP mapping and associated solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within assigned territory
Ability to travel up to 25% and manage unscheduled needs within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP lab in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
