What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping products and related procedures
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR an Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and be available within the assigned territory daily
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, including EP lab or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales environment
