Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation products Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions and related procedures Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with experience in the cardiac field Proven track record with technical training assignments Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
