What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
Promote the safe and effective use of CAS products and related procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training and support initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
