
As a Sales Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent, with a primary focus on hiring Sales Consultants, while also supporting recruitment efforts for corporate roles as needed. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. In this full life-cycle recruiting role, you will act as the key contact for hiring managers and partner directly with them to ensure the organization’s talent needs are met. This position has responsibility for recruiting across multiple organizational levels and locations.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full life-cycle recruiting process for multiple requisitions, primarily supporting sales roles while assisting with corporate positions as needed Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across all office locations to drive both quality and volume Manage active applicants while proactively sourcing candidates through a wide range of tools, including the ATS (Greenhouse), Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employee referrals Adapt easily in a dynamic environment with a strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition Cultivate a positive candidate experience by building relationships, educating candidates on opportunities, and guiding them through the interview process while keeping company values top of mind Initiate compensation discussions and close candidates in alignment with company goals and expectations Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics, including call counts, hiring manager interviews, and offer acceptances Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to achieve fill rate goals across both sales and corporate functions Partner with team members on recruiting initiatives and evolving hiring needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Represent the organization professionally and positively in all interactions, including networking events and activities outside of standard business hours Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred 4+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment Proven sales recruiting experience is required Corporate recruiting experience is a plus Proven ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Facebook Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership Strong initiative and drive to complete projects, tasks, and responsibilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships
