Overview
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for an available Human Resources Coordinator position. As Liberty Healthcare’s Human Resource Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to develop professional skills and gain valuable experience while working closely with an experienced team of human resources professionals.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Liberty Healthcare’s Human Resources team.
Human Resources Information System data entry and processing
Processing employee status changes
Personnel file administration and auditing
Employee onboarding and offboarding activities
Confirming eligibility to work and employment verifications
Fielding inquiries from employees and managers
Generating employee correspondence and communications
Benefits administration support
Leave of absence tracking
Work Location and Schedule You will also assist Liberty Healthcare’s Office Manager and provide first-line employee and customer service through rotational coverage of the office receptionist desk. You will work in-person onsite at Liberty Healthcare’s corporate office on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
Compensation and Benefits
$23.00 per hour (approximately $47,800 annually)
10 company-paid holidays plus 18 days of paid time off annually

Qualifications You are a good fit for this position if you have a bachelor’s degree in human resources; however applicants with other degrees and at least one year of relevant HR experience will be considered. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite are required. You must be reliable and demonstrate a “no job is too small or too large” mindset. Entry-level and aspiring human resources professionals who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
