As a Human Resources Specialist within the Human Resources team in Internal Operations, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by providing essential human resources support and enhancing the employee experience for our people, while being a steward of Sendero and our culture. This role is an exempt position under the FLSA. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement. In general, you can expect to work a minimum of one day per week at our Sendero office in downtown Dallas.

Responsibilities

Support performance review processes by compiling data, tracking deadlines, and ensuring completion of required forms

Prepare summary dashboards or reports highlighting late submissions, missing data, and emerging trends

Supportemployee offboarding processes, includingcoordinating required steps and ensuringaccuratedocumentation and system updates

Gather, organize, and analyze turnover data, including insights from exit surveys

Maintain and support periodic updates to job expectation resources (e.g., job descriptions)

Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of performance management and employee relations systems/tools

Help develop, update, andmaintainemployee relations and performance ‑ related templates, job aids, and communications

Provide structured support for ER activities, including preparing case files,maintainingconfidential documentation, andassistingwith follow-up actionsas appropriate

Cross-trainwith team members to ensure operational continuity and shared knowledge within the HRdepartment

Completeadditionalprojects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business with a 3.0 GPA or higher

Up to 1 year of relevant Human Resources experience

Participation over time in two or more extracurricular activities

Leadership roles (academic, work, or extra-curricular)

Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Office product suite (Preferred: Intermediateproficiencywith Microsoft Office product suite)

Strong business writing and verbal information-sharing abilities

Basic presentation and meeting facilitation abilities

Preferred: Certification related to discipline ofexpertise(e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
