What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary resource for UCC filings, searches, and tickler management Support entity formations, statutory filings, and closing documentation Draft resolutions, certificates, schedules, and deal materials Manage assignments, training, and performance support for junior paralegals What You Bring
7+ years corporate/finance paralegal experience in a law firm Deep knowledge of UCC rules, filings, lien searches, and PMSIs Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
