Senior Corporate Paralegal — UCC, Filings & Deals Lead

A global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join its Corporate & Securities team in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in corporate/finance law and be the primary resource for UCC filings, entity formations, and drafting key documents. This role also involves managing junior paralegals and requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
