Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute annual pay planning cycles and promotion actions Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including eligibility validation and payout calculations Maintain salary structures and conduct market competitiveness assessments to inform pay decisions Analyze labor market trends and provide actionable compensation recommendations Develop and communicate compensation philosophy to ensure compliance with applicable regulations What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related Human Resources function Experience supporting pay planning cycles and incentive program administration Working knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, and compensation analysis Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local compensation regulations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
HR certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP) or advanced coursework in compensation or total rewards Experience administering short-term and long-term incentive plans Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations Comfortable presenting compensation insights and recommendations to leadership Ability to communicate compensation philosophy clearly to employees and managers
