Total Rewards Compensation Senior Analyst (Remote)
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Total Rewards Compensation Senior Analyst to help shape and deliver competitive, data-driven compensation programs that support our mission and our people. In this remote role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure our pay practices are market-aligned, equitable, and strategically positioned to attract and retain top talent. What You Will Be Doing Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute annual pay planning cycles and promotion actions. Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, including eligibility validation, payout calculations, and data integration. Maintain salary structures and conduct market competitiveness assessments to inform pay decisions. Analyze labor market trends and translate insights into actionable compensation recommendations. Develop and deliver clear communications regarding compensation philosophy, while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Who You Are You are an analytical and collaborative compensation professional with experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related Human Resources discipline. You are comfortable presenting insights to leadership, interpreting regulatory requirements, and partnering across HR, finance, and operations. You bring experience with job evaluation and market pricing methodologies, proficiency with HRIS and data analysis tools, and a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
