Position Summary
The Real Estate Liaison is a licensed Texas Realtor with at least 2 years of experience who serves as the primary point of coordination between internal departments, external stakeholders, and real estate partners. This role supports real estate projects by managing communications, documentation, timelines, and compliance activities related to property acquisition, leasing, disposition, and development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between real estate staff, legal counsel, project managers, vendors, and external agencies
Coordinate real estate transactions, including leases, purchases, easements, and property disposals
Maintain and track real estate documents (leases, contracts, deeds, surveys, title reports, amendments)
Assist withthe preparation of real estate reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestone completion
Support due diligence activities, including site visits, inspections, and records review
Facilitate communication with property owners, tenants, brokers, and governmental entities
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and contractual requirements
Maintain accurate databases, files, and tracking systems related to real estate assets
Support meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
Respond to inquiries related to property status, real estate projects, or transactions
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of licensed real estate experience; Texas Real Estate License required.
Minimum of 2 years of project coordination and administrative experience
Familiarity with contracts, leases, land acquisition, or property management
Exposure to real estate databases, document management systems, or project tracking tools
Working knowledge of real estate terminology, documentation, and transaction processes
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in public sector, municipal, or government real estate environments
