We are actively hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial and tilt-wall projects throughout the Phoenix market. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on field professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of project delivery from groundbreaking through final turnover. About the Role The Senior Superintendent will oversee large-scale industrial developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge of tilt-wall construction, industrial building systems, and field coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily field operations for ground-up industrial and tilt-wall construction projects Develop, manage, and maintain detailed construction schedules; identify risks and implement recovery strategies as needed Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements Oversee site logistics including procurement coordination, material deliveries, equipment staging, and sequencing Enforce jobsite safety standards by conducting toolbox talks, safety audits, and ensuring OSHA and company compliance Perform regular site inspections to monitor production, workmanship, and adherence to design documents Review construction drawings, tilt-wall shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications for accuracy and constructability Partner closely with Project Management to track budgets, labor productivity, cost trends, and change orders Mentor and lead field staff, promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, inspectors, and stakeholders Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing progress, manpower, inspections, safety metrics, and productivity Proactively resolve field challenges to maintain schedule and project momentum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up industrial construction Extensive tilt-wall construction experience required Proven track record delivering large-scale industrial projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, structural systems, tilt-wall processes, and plan interpretation Excellent leadership and decision-making skills in deadline-driven environments Strong communication and collaboration skills across field teams and executive leadership Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, documentation systems, and Microsoft Office
