We are seeking a
Construction Superintendent
with proven experience leading
large-scale ground-up commercial projects valued at $75M+
in the DFW market. This role is ideal for a field leader who has successfully delivered complex, multi-story commercial developments and thrives in high-visibility, schedule-driven environments. The Superintendent will be responsible for full on-site execution from mobilization through turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities for large ground-up commercial projects ($75M+) Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with Project Management Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with plans and specifications Conduct weekly coordination meetings and maintain strong communication with ownership and design teams Drive schedule performance and proactively mitigate field challenges Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout procedures Qualifications
10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Documented experience leading at least one ground-up project valued at $75M or greater Experience with large-scale commercial sectors such as office, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, or industrial Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred) Proven ability to manage large crews and complex subcontractor coordination
