Deliver customized consulting to a diverse portfolio of Financial Edge NXT customers Understand customer needs and create a roadmap for product adoption and functionality expansion Maintain proactive engagement with customers throughout their contract period, supporting them during implementation and renewal phases Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Contribute insights to shape new service offerings and enhance customer experience Qualifications
5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT) Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged Strong ability to engage with key stakeholders and end-users Keen attention to detail in understanding customer needs Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers independently Preferred Qualifications
