What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute long-term, risk-based renewal strategies for large enterprise customers

Identify and mitigate churn risk and competitive pressure within complex accounts

Lead high-stakes renewal negotiations involving pricing strategy and contract terms

Drive expansion opportunities within the renewal motion by collaborating with various internal teams

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts for large, complex renewals

What is Required (Qualifications):

7+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic renewals

Proven success managing large, complex commercial negotiations and multi-million dollar portfolios

Strong experience negotiating with executive-level stakeholders

Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams and influence without authority

Familiarity with nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience operating in consultative or solution‑selling environments

Comfort managing ambiguity and competitive dynamics in high‑stakes situations
