We are entering a growth phase and are seeking an experienced revenue leader to expand our sponsorship, fundraising, and partnership portfolio.

Position Overview The Fundraising & Events Revenue Manager will lead revenue generation across event sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and select client fundraising initiatives.

This is a strategic and execution-driven role. You will own the revenue pipeline, lead sponsorship sales conversations, close partnerships, and build long-term corporate relationships.

This position offers a clear pathway to transition into a full-time leadership role based on performance and revenue growth within the first 4–6 months.

Key Responsibilities Event Sponsorship & Revenue Generation

Secure sponsorships for TSIF-led events (including Social Enterprise Collective and community initiatives)

Develop and refine tiered sponsorship packages

Pitch and close sponsorships ranging from $5,000 to $50,000+

Manage sponsor relationships from outreach through post-event follow-up

Corporate Partnerships

Identify, cultivate, and secure aligned corporate partners

Develop customized partnership proposals

Lead executive-level outreach and negotiations

Build long-term strategic relationships beyond a single activation

Fundraising Strategy (Select Clients)

Support nonprofit clients in designing event-based fundraising strategies

Assist with corporate sponsor outreach for client initiatives

Contribute to campaign planning and revenue modeling

Revenue Pipeline & Forecasting

Build and manage an active sponsorship and partnership pipeline

Track outreach, conversations, and closed deals

Develop 60- and 90-day revenue projections

Provide weekly reporting on revenue activity and goals

Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development

Proven track record of closing sponsorships or securing corporate funding

Experience managing revenue goals and active sales pipelines

Strong executive communication and presentation skills

Confidence negotiating sponsorship agreements

Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented

Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment

Preferred:

Background in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or agency-based partnership development

Existing LA-based business or philanthropic network

Experience working on events with 200+ attendees or multi-sponsor activations

Compensation Part-Time Base: $3,000–$4,000 per month (based on experience)

Commission: 5–10% on closed sponsorship and partnership revenue

This role includes a structured opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and revenue growth within the first 4–6 months.

Growth Path This role is positioned to grow into:

Head of Revenue / Director of Partnerships

As TSIF scales, this position will expand in leadership scope, revenue responsibility, and compensation.
