What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping systems and associated procedures
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and achieve business objectives
Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and related solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
