What You’ll Do: As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first face prospective residents meet—and the key to turning leads into leases. You’ll connect with people, share what makes our communities great, and help them feel right at home. You’ll also work closely with your property manager and team to hit leasing goals, support marketing efforts, and deliver outstanding resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and tour prospective residents, building strong rapport
Showcase apartments and explain features, benefits, and pricing
Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, and in‑person
Follow up and guide prospects through the leasing process
Close leases with confidence—securing applications and deposits
Keep our leasing office, show units, and tour paths looking sharp
Assist with marketing, events, outreach, and community engagement
Enter data, maintain organized files, and support daily operations

✅ Enjoy talking to people and helping them make big decisions
✅ Have a knack for sales, customer service, or hospitality
✅ Are excited to learn and grow in real estate or property management

✅ Can work weekends and have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
Previous experience in leasing, retail, hospitality, or sales
Strong communication and follow‑up skills
Basic tech and CRM/computer proficiency
A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize with ease
Preferred but not required:
NALP credentials, real estate interest, or bilingual skills.
